Vaginal Spasm (Vaginismus)
Painful spasm of the vagina from contraction of the muscles surrounding. It Is a condition that may interfere with coitus. Due to this spasm of vaginal muscles woman gets scared & do not allow the penis to enter vagina.
Painful Intercourse (Dyspareunia)
Pain in the labia (vaginal lips), vagina or pelvis during or after sexual intercourse. Causes are infection in vagina, inadequate vaginal lubrication, atrophy of the vaginal mucosa, psychosomatic disorders & vaginal foreign bodies.
Vaginal Dryness
Generally there are some secretions from vagina while undergoing sexual act which keeps the vagina lubricated , thus keeping it safe from penile friction. But in some woman there is a lack of lubrication in vagina which leads to painful intercourse & looses the interest in sexual act.
Aversion to Sexual Act
Do not take interest in sexual act. Causes may be Vaginismus, dry vagina, spasm of vagina, dysparenua, erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, misconceptions of sex & above all psychological disorders.
Coldness (Frigidity)
Especially sexual unresponsiveness of the female to physical simulation .Iin such women they don’t get stimulus from any type of sexual act, conversation, physical touch, or pictures etc. They are very inactive & cold.
Infertility
Inability to achieve pregnancy during a year or more of unprotected intercourse. Causes of infertility in women include ovulatory failures, anatomical anamolies of uterus, Turners syndrome etc. Menstrual irregularity is the most important factor among this. In men infertility’s most common causes are azoospermia i.e. absence of spermatozoa & oligospermia i.e. inadequate sperm count.
Underdeveloped Breasts (Small Breasts)
Its very common problem in young girls nowdays.This may be because of harmonal imbalance or by any other specific reason.
Post Delievery Looseness
After delivery breasts become very loose and dull , Vagina becomes large and looses its elasticity which may lead to loose interest in sexual act in both the partners.
